A woman social worker has slapped a legal notice on the dean of JJ Hospital in Mumbai for allegedly "throwing out" a mentally-challenged youth from the hospital last year without completing his medical treatment for severe leg injury.
According to hospital sources, Indrani's counsel Gunjan Mangla met JJ Hospital Dean Dr TP Lahane, who apprised her about the condition of 43-year-old Indrani.
"The next 48 hours will be critical for her," J J Hospital Dean Dr T P Lahane told reporters on Saturday when asked if she is out of danger.
Indrani is the prime accused in the murder of her daughter Sheena and the case is being investigated by the CBI at present.
